Sharing your analysis or project is easy with REMPLAN’s share function. REMPLAN’s share function makes collaboration easy by allowing you to share a capture of your current view or entire projects with colleagues who have a REMPLAN login or the REMPLAN team. The share function works the same across REMPLAN.
*Note: The 'Share Icon' allows REMPLAN users to invite other REMPLAN users to see their projects or use REMPLAN. (When a link is shared, only a REMPLAN user can access the link and edit the content).
Sharing Your Analysis: Step-By-Step Process
Whether you are sharing a report or a project, a Share hyperlink must be generated.
Select the ‘Share’ Icon
Navigate to the top right-hand corner of the software and click the three-pronged icon.
Copy the Hyperlink
This will generate a hyperlink which captures the software exactly how you are viewing it.
The hyperlink can be copied using the copy button and then pasted into Teams or an email.
Copy out the link, the link will never expire.
You can then paste this link and send it to colleagues or the REMPLAN team for support.
Once you have finished, you can click the ‘OK’ button to close the dialogue box.
