You can't log in to REMPLAN because you've forgotten your password.

Make sure you're using the work email address your organisation registered with REMPLAN.

<b>Forgotten your password to REMPLAN? Step-by-step process</b>

Navigate to <a href="https://login.remplan.com.au/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://login.remplan.com.au/</a>

Under Staff Access, select the REMPLAN software (Economy, Community or Forecast)

When the login prompt appears, enter your work email address and click ‘I’ve forgotten my password'. 

You will then receive an email with your login details and a link to reset your password. Click the link.

Complete the form and then click ‘Reset Password’ 

On the next page click the link, ‘Click here to return to the login’ 

Enter the New Password and click ‘Login’

- You will be returned to the login screen, and your work email will be prefilled. 
- Enter your new password and click ‘Login’.  You will be taken to REMPLAN 

1. Navigate to <a href="https://login.remplan.com.au/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://login.remplan.com.au/</a>
2. Under Staff Access, select the REMPLAN software (Economy, Community or Forecast)

3. When the login prompt appears, enter your work email address and click ‘I’ve forgotten my password'. 
4. You will then receive an email with your login details and a link to reset your password. Click the link.

5. Complete the form and then click ‘Reset Password’ 

6. On the next page click the link, ‘Click here to return to the login’ 

7. Enter the New Password and click ‘Login’
   - You will be returned to the login screen, and your work email will be prefilled. 
   - Enter your new password and click ‘Login’.  You will be taken to REMPLAN 

You're signed in to REMPLAN with your new password.
