If you have forgotten your password to REMPLAN, follow these simple steps to reset your password.

Forgotten Your Password to REMPLAN? Step-by-Step Process

  1. Navigate to https://login.remplan.com.au/

  2. Select the Product You Are Trying to Access

    • Under the ‘Staff Access’ section, select the product you are trying to access e.g. Economy

  3. Click ‘I’ve forgotten my password’

    • Enter your work email address and click ‘I’ve forgotten my password’.

  4. You will then receive an email with your login details and a link to reset your password. Click the link.

  5. Complete the form and then click ‘Reset Password’

  6. On the next page click the link, ‘Click here to return to the login’

  7. Enter the New Password and click ‘Login’

    • You will be returned to the login screen, and your work email will be prefilled.

    • Enter your new password and click ‘Login’. You will be taken to REMPLAN
